Hygiene and safety measures at the FMB 2020
The organiser has drawn up a comprehensive hygiene concept for the FMB trade fair to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety measures.
The legal basis for this are the requirements of the CoronaSchVO of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. These requirements are technically implemented by the organiser, as they already meet the current standard of the fair.
The most important cornerstones are: the pre-registration of visitors, the follow-up of contacts, the observance of distance rules and the implementation of the hygiene rules.
Registration:
Registration as a trade visitor is only possible online. Registration via smartphone is possible at any time. For contact tracking, a mobile phone number must be provided during registration.
Contact tracking:
A mobile phone number must be provided during online registration. The contact tracking on site is done by the new EasyGo system. Visitors can leave their contact details with their smart badge "contactlessly" on the exhibitor's reader.
Distance control:
At the entrances and exits as well as in the catering zones, barriers and floor markings are used to draw attention to the observance of distances. A route is indicated in the catering areas.
Hygiene regulations:
Exhibitors and visitors must wear protective masks, except in the case of seats with sufficient distance. In addition, each stand will be equipped with sufficient disinfectants for hand hygiene. Disinfectant dispensers are available in the common areas and in the toilet facilities. In addition, regular cleaning and contact surface disinfection of the sanitary and recreation areas will take place.
Further information and the complete hygiene concept can be found on the FMB homepage.
